FAQs

If we are collecting you from Heathrow Airport, we track your flight in real time to ensure your driver arrives once you’ve landed and cleared security and baggage reclaim.

For drop-offs, your Heathrow airport taxi will collect you from your location at the agreed time unless we hear from you otherwise.

When we drop you off at Heathrow, we will always drive you to the dedicated drop-off area.

If we are collecting you, we will pick you up from the Level 1 Car Park which carries a surcharge of £1 on top of your normal fare.

Your driver will make contact with you once they have arrived at Heathrow airport to arrange a pickup time. We will also text you the contact details of your driver and the make, model and registration number of their car so you can reach them directly. Alternatively, you can call us at the office on +44 1737 443344.

Yes. For drop-offs, this is included in your fare.

Please note all pick-ups from Heathrow are at Level 1 Car Park which carries a £1 surcharge to your fare.

We have a fleet of cars that offer various capacities for luggage. Please be sure that you select the right number of bags when making your booking.

We are based in Redhill but cover Betchworth, Bletchingley, Chipstead, Gatwick, Godstone, Horley, Leigh, Merstham, Nutfield, Reigate, Outwood, South Godstone, Tadworth + many more!

Yes. Our service is only available if you have pre-booked. You can book through this website or by calling us on 01737 443344.

If you suspect you’ve left something in one of our cars, please call us on 01737 443344 and we will contact the driver to have them check the vehicle.

If we find your item, it will be returned to our office and we will contact you to either arrange collection or we can schedule a car to deliver to an address of your choice. Please note, this option would incur a standard journey fee which would be payable in cash upon delivery.

We operate a strict no smoking, no vaping, no food & drink policy in all of our taxis to ensure the comfort of all passengers.

We typically wait 10 minutes after your allotted pickup time before cancelling a booking.

We pride ourselves at being on time for all pickups but, on the rare occasions we are late, you should call us on 01737 443344  and we will contact your driver to locate them and provide you with a revised time of arrival.

We operate on a no-pay, no-ride basis so you must ensure you have sufficient funds to pay your driver for the entire journey.

When a cancellation is necessary, we ask that all bookings are cancelled at least 3 hours in advance of your scheduled pick-up time by contacting us on 01737 443344.

If you have pre-paid online and you request a cancellation at least 3 hours in advance of your pick-up time, you will not be charged any penalty fees and a full refund will be issued. Please note, it could take up to 5 working days for the funds to show in your account.

If you have pre-paid online and you request a cancellation after your driver has arrived at the pick-up location, you will be charged for the full journey.

Cash bookings will not be liable to any penalty charges, however, we respectfully ask that all customers are mindful of our cancellation policy and provide the required notice.

Our customers are our priority and we will do our utmost to resolve any issues that may arise when you use our services. You can call us on 01737 443344 and we will be more than happy to discuss your complaint.
