Fixed Pricing — No Surprises
For all airport bookings, including Gatwick, we offer fixed pricing from the areas we serve. For example, a standard journey from Redhill to Gatwick costs £27, and that includes the airport drop-off charge. This rate is the same whether you book online or by phone — what you’re quoted is what you’ll pay.
Booking Your Return Trip
When booking a return journey from Gatwick, we’ll ask for your flight number and arrival details. This allows us to track your flight in real time so we know exactly when you’ll land — even if your flight is delayed.
Your driver will be assigned in advance and will only head to the terminal once your flight has landed, giving you plenty of time to collect your luggage. There are no additional charges if your flight is delayed — we plan for this, so you don’t have to worry.
Meet & Greet Option
Prefer to be met inside the terminal? Our Meet & Greet service is available for just £10 extra, which covers up to 45 minutes of parking. Your driver will be waiting in the arrivals hall with a name board to welcome you.
If your arrival takes longer than 45 minutes, additional charges apply at £1 per 5 minutes, plus standard car park fees.
Standard Pickup (Without Meet & Greet)
If you opt for a standard pickup, your driver will contact you after landing and arrange to meet you at the designated pickup point:
- North Terminal: Outside the terminal, opposite the Premier Inn, at the drop-off/departure area.
- South Terminal: Follow signs to the car park lifts, head to Level 0, and you’ll find your driver waiting at the drop-off/departure area.
