Do I have to pre-book my journey?
Yes. Our service is only available if you have pre-booked. You can book through this website or by calling us on 01737 443344.
What happens if I've left an item in one of your cars?
If you suspect you’ve left something in one of our cars, please call us on 01737 443344 and we will contact the driver to have them check the vehicle.
If we find your item, it will be returned to our office and we will contact you to either arrange collection or we can schedule a car to deliver to an address of your choice. Please note, this option would incur a standard journey fee which would be payable in cash upon delivery.
Do you allow pets in your vehicles?
Unfortunately, we only allow guide dogs or assistance dogs in our cars.
Are your private hire taxis clean?
We operate a strict no smoking, no vaping, no food & drink policy in all of our taxis to ensure the comfort of all passengers.
How long will your driver wait before cancelling a pickup?
We typically wait 10 minutes after your allotted pickup time before cancelling a booking.
What do I do if my private hire taxi is late?
We pride ourselves at being on time for all pickups but, on the rare occasions we are late, you should call us on 01737 443344 and we will contact your driver to locate them and provide you with a revised time of arrival.
What happens if I don't have enough cash to cover my fare?
We operate on a no-pay, no-ride basis so you must ensure you have sufficient funds to pay your driver for the entire journey.
What is your cancellation policy?
When a cancellation is necessary, we ask that all bookings are cancelled at least 3 hours in advance of your scheduled pick-up time by contacting us on 01737 443344.
If you have pre-paid online and you request a cancellation at least 3 hours in advance of your pick-up time, you will not be charged any penalty fees and a full refund will be issued. Please note, it could take up to 5 working days for the funds to show in your account.
If you have pre-paid online and you request a cancellation after your driver has arrived at the pick-up location, a £2.50 charge will apply. This charge will be deducted from the refund issued to your card. Please note, it could take up to 5 working days for the funds to show in your account.
Cash bookings will not be liable to any penalty charges, however, we respectfully ask that all customers are mindful of our cancellation policy and provide the required notice.
Who can I speak to in case I have a complaint?
Our customers are our priority and we will do our utmost to resolve any issues that may arise when you use our services. You can call us on 01737 443344 and we will be more than happy to discuss your complaint.
